Lucretia has served her community as a guardian ad litem, early childhood education center director, and more. Now, Lucretia is using her skill set to coach families and parents. Lucretia is in the process of opening a transitional home to further support families.

Jessica specializes in helping women in transition in their careers - including coaching veterans through transitioning from military to civilian employment.  With a background in Human Resources and several career transitions under her belt, Jessica has a passion for helping people realize their career goals and define their own journey to success!

Through group speaking engagements, workshops, and professional coaching, I teach clients and audiences how to crush it at work without work crushing them. Before becoming a coach, I spent several years at a tech company, designing and executing communications programs that touched 25,000+ employees. While I enjoyed working in tech, nothing compares to helping clients rewire their brains for more productivity, success, and fun.
